I recently booked a vacation package with Sun & tree travel & tours sdn bhd and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking, as I had to wait for a long time to speak to a representative. Overall, it was an okay experience.
