I recently used the services of this company and overall, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. It took them longer than I expected to respond to my inquiries, and at times, the answers were not as helpful as I had hoped. On the positive side, their financial advice was quite useful and helped me make some informed decisions. The company's fees were reasonable and transparent, which I appreciate. While there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service, I would still consider using their services again due to their expertise in financial matters.
