I recently purchased some products from this company and I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and the variety of products was good, but the customer service could be more responsive. The delivery took longer than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. However, the quality of the products was decent and I appreciated the eco-friendly packaging. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience, but I hope they can improve their communication and shipping times in the future. 😊
