The experience with this company was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had some useful information. However, the customer service via email could be improved. It took a while to get a response, and the answers were not very detailed. The products seemed interesting, but I would have liked more in-depth explanations about their benefits. 🤔 Overall, the website design and layout were good, but the communication aspect could use some attention. I appreciate the effort and hope to see improvements in the future.
