I recently had the opportunity to visit one physical therapy and wellness for some treatment I needed. The overall experience was just average. The staff was friendly and professional 👍, but I felt like the treatment sessions could have been more personalized and tailored to my specific needs. The therapists seemed knowledgeable, but there was a lack of individual attention and guidance during the sessions. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. However, I expected a bit more variety in the equipment and exercise options available. The online booking system was convenient, making it easy to schedule appointments. Overall, while my experience was not exceptional, one physical therapy and wellness fulfilled their basic objectives and provided the necessary services. 🏥💼
