I recently visited the physical therapy clinic and was initially impressed with the clean and modern facility. The therapists were kind and knowledgeable, but I found the scheduling process a bit disorganized. It took a while to get an appointment, and once I did, there was some confusion about my treatment plan. Additionally, I felt rushed during my sessions. On the positive side, the exercises and techniques they showed me were effective, and I did see improvement in my condition. 🏥 Overall, the experience was average. I think with some improvements in communication and scheduling, this place has the potential to be great.
