I have been using Plotto for a while now and I must say it is an average platform. The user interface is a bit confusing and not very intuitive. But once you get the hang of it, it's quite useful for gathering customer feedback. The analytics provided are detailed and help in making data-driven decisions. Overall, I would rate Plotto as an average tool for market research.
