I experienced a decent service from Giro di mondo. However, I feel that there's room for improvement. The website was easy to navigate, and the tours offered were interesting. But I encountered a few issues with the booking process. It took longer than expected to receive confirmation, which caused some frustration. Overall, it was an okay experience.
