I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel managed by Balaji Hospitality and it was an average experience. The staff was courteous and the service met my expectations. However, there were a few areas that could be improved, such as room cleanliness and Wi-Fi connectivity. Overall, it was an okay stay.
