I recently used the services of a local plumbing company I found online. Their website was easy to navigate and gave me all the necessary information I needed. However, my overall experience with the company was average. The technician arrived on time, but lacked professionalism and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the plumbing issue I was facing. While he managed to fix the problem temporarily, it resurfaced within a week. I had to call them again to have them address the issue for a second time, which was inconvenient. The customer service was decent, but not exceptional. They were responsive to my calls and inquiries, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I would say the company provided an average service and could improve in terms of expertise and reliability.
