I had a mixed experience with Afr event. While they did a good job with the actual event planning, I found their communication lacking. It took multiple follow-ups to get responses and I felt a bit neglected. However, the event itself was well-organized and the team did a great job executing. Overall, a decent experience but could use improvement in customer relations.
