As a customer of Bistrô de inovação, I must say that their service is average. The food is decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. The staff is usually friendly and attentive, although there have been a few instances where they seemed overwhelmed. Overall, it's a decent place to grab a quick bite, but don't expect anything exceptional.
