I recently ordered a set of frames from this website, and I must say, the experience was not quite what I expected. The variety of styles available is impressive, but the delivery time was longer than anticipated. 📦

When the frames arrived, I noticed a few of them had minor defects, which was disappointing considering the quality I was hoping for. It felt like a letdown, especially since I was looking forward to displaying my artwork. 🖼️

Customer service was polite, but I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. It took longer than necessary for them to address my concerns. Overall, I feel that there are areas that need improvement. 😕
