I recently got my lab testing done by The Lab People, Inc. and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was polite and helpful, but the whole process took longer than expected. The website labpeople.com provided all the necessary information, but it could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided.
