I purchased a Cryoxtract instrument for my lab and overall, it has been satisfactory. The instrument performs adequately and the results are acceptable. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected and I encountered some difficulties in getting the assistance I needed. Nonetheless, the instrument itself meets my basic requirements.
