I recently used their service to help navigate through the education system for my child. The website was easy to navigate and provided some helpful resources. I appreciated the personalized recommendations for schools and programs, but I wish there had been more options available. The customer service was responsive, but at times it felt a bit impersonal. It would have been nice to have more direct support and guidance rather than just online resources. Overall, it was an average experience—good for getting some initial information, but not as hands-on as I had hoped. I'm still on the fence about whether I would use their services again. 🤔
