I recently visited this urgent care clinic and found the overall experience to be average. The staff was friendly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The medical professional was knowledgeable but lacked a bit of warmth and empathy. The clinic's location was convenient, and the website was easy to navigate for finding information. The billing process was straightforward. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there are surely some areas for improvement in terms of customer service and patient care.
