I recently had the opportunity to experience a cruise with this company, and while it was an enjoyable experience overall, I would rate it as average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of information, making it convenient to book my cruise. The staff onboard were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant time during the trip.

However, there were a few aspects that left room for improvement. The food and beverage options were quite limited, and the quality was average at best. Additionally, the entertainment provided during the cruise was lacking, with only some basic music and no other activities to keep us engaged.

Despite these drawbacks, the views of the San Francisco Bay were stunning and the overall experience was pleasant. However, I feel that with a few enhancements, the company could provide a more remarkable and memorable experience for its guests.
