I recently used the services of an air travel company for my vacation. I was pleased with the overall service but there were a few minor issues that could be improved. The website was user-friendly and it was easy to navigate through the various options. However, I found it slightly inconvenient that I had to input my information multiple times during the booking process. Other than that, the flight itself was smooth and comfortable. I would rate my experience as great.
