I recently interacted with the local government of Newburgh, New York and found their services to be satisfactory. The website, cityofnewburgh-ny.gov, was easy to navigate and provided relevant information. The staff was helpful in addressing my concerns and provided timely solutions. However, I believe there is still potential for the city to improve certain aspects of their services. Overall, a decent experience.
