I have been a customer of hkria.com for several years now and I must say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the product selection is decent. However, there have been instances where my orders were delayed or lost in transit. The customer support team is helpful but could be more responsive. Overall, my experience with hkria.com has been satisfactory.
