I recently utilized South Point Counseling Services, and while the therapists were knowledgeable and understanding, I felt that the sessions lacked depth. I would have preferred more in-depth discussions that delved into the root causes of my issues. Additionally, the scheduling process was somewhat cumbersome, and I had to wait longer than anticipated for an appointment. Overall, the services provided were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
