I recently utilized the services of this organization and found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. However, I felt that the overall experience was just average. While they provided assistance, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and follow-up. I appreciated the respectful and non-judgmental approach of the staff, but I think they could enhance their responsiveness to inquiries.
