😊 I recently hired Capital Harwood Floors to refinish my hardwood floors, and overall, I have mixed feelings about the experience. While the quality of their work is satisfactory, the communication could have been better. The team was friendly and efficient, but there were a few times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Despite that, the end result is decent and my floors look much better now.
