I had a mixed experience with Inxuba yethemba municipality. While their website iym.gov.za is easy to navigate and provides useful information, the overall service left something to be desired. There were instances where my inquiries went unanswered, and the response time was slower than expected. However, I appreciate their efforts to continuously improve and address customer concerns.
