My experience with Gale Pacific USA Inc has been average. The sunshade I bought from ultimatesunshades.com works well, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The website was easy to use, and the ordering process was smooth. However, I had a few concerns that weren't adequately addressed by the customer service. I think there is room for improvement in terms of their responsiveness. Nonetheless, the product itself is satisfactory.
