I recently used the services of this senior care company, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The caregivers were very friendly and attentive to my relative’s needs. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information. However, I did experience some delays in scheduling and communication. 🕒 Overall, the experience was average. The company provided decent care, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and coordination. I would consider using their services again, but hope to see better organization and timeliness next time.
