I recently used this company for my shipping needs. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the status of my shipment. It took longer than expected for my package to arrive, and I had to reach out multiple times for updates. 📦 The customer service was polite but the lack of proactive communication was frustrating. The overall service was average, with room for improvement in terms of transparency and timeliness. I would consider using them again if these areas were addressed.
