The event planning service provided by Garnet events was satisfactory. Although there were a few minor issues with the execution, the team managed to resolve them quickly. The decorations were decent, but I expected them to be more innovative. The staff was helpful, but there were some communication gaps. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
