I recently purchased a water filtration system from this company and, overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the product I needed. The ordering process was also smooth and hassle-free. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the customer service could have been better. When I had a question about the installation process, it took multiple attempts to get a response from their team. Once I finally received a reply, the information provided was helpful. The quality of the product itself is decent, it does the job, but it is not extraordinary. Overall, while there were some areas that could have been improved, the company provided an average experience.
