I recently had the opportunity to hire a company to install a new air system in my home, and I decided to give Efficient Air Systems a try after reading their website. While the overall experience was satisfactory, there were a few aspects that left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. The technicians arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently, which was a positive. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication throughout the process. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on the progress. Additionally, the price was slightly higher than I had anticipated, considering the average quality of the installation. On the upside, the system itself seems to be performing well so far. Overall, Efficient Air Systems provided an average service with room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing.
