I recently started taking self-defense classes at Fight or Flight Academy and it has been an incredible experience. The instructors are excellent and they provide clear instruction and guidance. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, and I always feel comfortable pushing myself to improve. The academy offers a wide range of classes that cater to different skill levels. I highly recommend Fight or Flight Academy!
