I recently worked with this photography company and had a decent experience. The website was user-friendly and I was able to browse through their portfolio easily. The photographer, Alejandra, was professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the session. However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The communication from the company was sometimes slow, causing a little frustration on my end. Additionally, the final edited photos took longer than expected to receive. While the quality of the pictures was good, I didn't feel like they exceeded my expectations. Overall, this company provides an average photography service. With better communication and faster delivery, they can improve the customer experience. 😐
