The experience with Addixi has been average. I found their website easy to navigate and their customer service responsive. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the quality of their products. There were a few issues with the items I received, and it took some time to get them resolved. Overall, Addixi is an okay company to do business with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
