I have been a customer of Soma, inc. for several years now and I must say that the overall experience has been average. The products are decent quality and the customer service is adequate. However, there are times when I feel like the prices are a bit too high compared to other similar companies. Nevertheless, I still continue to purchase from them as I have had mostly positive experiences.
