I recently used this travel agency for a trip to a popular tourist destination. While they were able to book our accommodations and transportation smoothly, there were some aspects that left me feeling underwhelmed. Firstly, the communication with the agency was quite slow and sometimes they took a while to respond to my queries. Additionally, they didn't provide much information or suggestions on local attractions and activities, which left us feeling at a loss for things to do. The website was also a bit outdated and could use some improvements. On a positive note, the prices were reasonable and the trip itself went smoothly without any major issues. Overall, I would rate this agency as average. They got the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service.
