I recently ordered a bouquet from their website 🌼 The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was on time. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the flowers. Some of them looked wilted and not as fresh as I expected. The arrangement also didn't quite match the picture on the website. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I brought up my concerns. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there's room for improvement in the quality of the products.
