I recently had the opportunity to work with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Atlantic when I was looking to buy a new home. Their website, betterhalifax.com, was easy to navigate and provided me with all the information I needed. The agents were friendly and helpful throughout the process 😊. However, I found that the overall service was just average. While they were able to find me a suitable property, the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to reach out to them for updates instead of them proactively keeping me informed. Additionally, the negotiation process could have been smoother. Overall, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Atlantic provided an adequate service, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency.
