I recently had the opportunity to work with Total Systems Group and overall, my experience was average. The company website provides comprehensive information about their services, which was helpful in understanding what they offer. However, I found the website navigation to be slightly confusing, making it difficult to find specific details.

In terms of customer service, the response time was satisfactory, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to address my inquiries. The staff was professional and polite, but there was room for improvement in terms of personalized assistance.

Regarding the quality of their products, they were satisfactory, but I felt that there could have been more attention to detail in certain areas. Although the final outcome met my expectations, there were minor flaws that could have been avoided.
