I recently came across a website called concertorganists.com, which belongs to a company specializing in artist management. My experience with this company was average. While their website is easy to navigate, providing useful information about their artists and upcoming events, I found their communication to be somewhat lacking. It took them several days to respond to my inquiry, and even then, their response was brief and lacked personalization. Additionally, their pricing for booking their artists seemed to be on the higher side compared to similar companies in the industry. However, I must say that their roster of artists is impressive, and they have a solid reputation in the concert organist community. Overall, their services are satisfactory, but there are some areas where improvements could be made to enhance the customer experience.
