Vacansoleil provided an average experience for my vacation. The website, vacansoleil.be, is decent and easy to navigate. The booking process was straightforward. However, the customer service could have been more responsive. The accommodation was satisfactory but could have been better maintained. The holiday park had basic amenities but lacked some attractions. Overall, it was an okay experience.
