I recently started using Bank Asya and I am very happy with their services. The website is user-friendly and makes it easy to manage my accounts. The rates are also quite competitive. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the customer support, as sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response. But overall, I would rate Bank Asya as great.
