I had a mixed experience at Al-ahly hospital. While the staff was friendly and attentive, I found the waiting times to be quite long. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but I was disappointed with the overall level of care I received. I would suggest improving the efficiency of the hospital to provide a better experience for patients.
