I have been a customer of Plumas Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative for several years now, and I must say that they are doing an average job. While they provide electricity to rural areas, their customer service could be better. The company's website, psln.com, is informative and easy to navigate, but I feel like they could improve their response time when it comes to addressing customer concerns. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
