The Octave Event Group provided an average level of service for our event. While they were able to meet our basic requirements, there were some areas that could have been improved. The event planning process was mediocre and lacked attention to detail. The onsite staff was friendly but seemed a bit disorganized at times. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but not outstanding.
