Mid-America Asset Management is an average company to work with. They provide basic property management services without any outstanding features. The customer service is acceptable but not exceptional. The communication could be improved, as there were instances where I needed clarification on certain matters, and it took longer than anticipated to receive a response. Overall, I would say they are an average asset management company.
