I recently purchased a new pair of headphones from a company that specializes in audio equipment. I had high expectations for the product, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The sound quality was mediocre at best and there were several issues with the design. I reached out to customer service and they were not very helpful. I would not recommend this company for audio products.
