I recently used Pt. Mitrametal Perkasa for some metal fabrication work, and I must say their service was average. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but there was nothing exceptional about it. They delivered the project on time and within the agreed budget, which was nice. However, I expected a more professional approach from them. Overall, it was an average experience.
