I had a mixed experience with Snapturepk. While the website is easy to navigate and the product I ordered was delivered on time, I had some issues with the product itself. The camera lens had marks on it, which affected the image quality. I contacted the customer support, and they were helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
