👕💼 I recently came across the website of a Portuguese textile factory and decided to give it a try. Overall, my experience was average. The website was well-designed and user-friendly, making it easy for me to browse their collection of textiles. However, I found the product descriptions to be lacking in detail, which left me with some uncertainty about the quality and characteristics of the fabrics. Although the prices were reasonable, I was disappointed with the limited range of textile options available. On the positive side, the checkout process was smooth and the customer support team was responsive, addressing my inquiries promptly. The shipping time was standard, but I would have appreciated more updates on the status of my order. While they offer an average experience, I would suggest that the company invest more in product descriptions and expand their range of textiles to cater to a wider audience. 👍🏻
